What is a “reseat?”
  • A reseat is the process of reassigning all season ticket locations based on a priority selection process. Therefore, all season ticket holders, regardless of longevity must reselect their season ticket location.
Why is Nebraska doing a reseat of Volleyball season ticket holders?
  • Nebraska Volleyball season tickets are some of the highest demand tickets at Nebraska with an annual renewal percentage of over 98%. This has made it difficult for new and existing Nebraska Volleyball supporters to gain access to seats or improve their seat locations.
  • This process is the most equitable way to redistribute seating locations while also increasing our seating capacity in 2026.
  • Many of our peers conduct reseating processes every 5-10 years to maintain accessibility of season tickets alongside the demands of season tickets.
Will premium seating be included in the reseat?
  • Courtside and VIP seating will be included in the reseat. However, because of multi-year agreements, suites will be excluded from this process.
Will priority seating contributions change during the reseat?
  • Yes. We will be revaluing all priority seating contributions throughout John Cook Arena at the Bob Devaney Sports Center. Specific information on priority seating contribution values will be shared in the Fall 2025.
How will the reseat work?
  • All current Nebraska Volleyball season ticket holders will be automatically enrolled in the 2026 Volleyball Reseat. Fans without season tickets may enroll in the reseat following the 2025 season. Further details regarding how to opt in will be communicated following the 2025 season.
  • The reseating process will be online like the annual seat selection process. As the 2026 Volleyball Reseat approaches, all those enrolled in the process will receive an online reservation time.
  • We use the Huskers Athletic Fund ranking system for all seating and parking selection processes, postseason tickets, and other benefits. More details will be communicated as they are available.
